These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the THRUX website and your purchase of THRUX products from THRUX LLC ("THRUX," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from THRUX. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout.
  • Payment is processed at the time of order via Shopify's payment infrastructure.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Caffeine Notice

Each pouch of THRUX contains 100mg of caffeine. The FDA's recommended daily limit for healthy adults is 400mg. Do not exceed four pouches in any 24-hour period. Do not combine with other caffeine-containing products without monitoring total daily intake. Do not consume if you are sensitive to caffeine. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience adverse effects.

Allergen and Ingredient Notice

Review the full ingredient list on the product label before use. THRUX is manufactured in a facility that processes other dietary supplement ingredients. Consult the supplement facts panel for complete formulation details.

Results May Vary

All content on the THRUX website — including the THRUX name, logo, wordmark, monogram, product names, copy, photography, video, and design — is the property of THRUX LLC and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. User Conduct

You agree not to use the THRUX website to:

  • Infringe on the rights of others;
