30 Days, No Questions Asked

If you're not satisfied with your THRUX purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@thrux.co and we'll make it right — refund, replacement, or whatever works for you.

No Return Shipping Required

You don't need to send anything back. We trust you. A short note about what didn't work (flavor wasn't for you, shipment got dinged, anything) helps us improve the product and is appreciated but never required.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email contact@thrux.co within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number (in the format #1001 or similar — found in your order confirmation email).
  3. We'll respond within two business days with next steps.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days. Once processed, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Replacement Orders

If you'd prefer a replacement (e.g., a different flavor than the one that didn't work for you), we'll ship the replacement free of charge.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is damaged in transit or never arrives, contact us at contact@thrux.co with your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable). We'll send a replacement at no cost.
