Shipping Scope

THRUX currently ships to the contiguous United States only (the lower 48 states plus Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time. We're watching demand and may expand in the future.

Free Standard Shipping

All orders to the contiguous U.S. ship free via standard ground service. No minimum purchase required.

Shipping Timing

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from our California fulfillment facility. Standard ground transit is 3-7 business days depending on destination.

Next-Day Shipping

Need it tomorrow? Next-day service is available at checkout. We pass through the carrier's real-time rate at no markup — what you see is what we pay. Next-day rates depend on package weight, destination, and carrier surcharges; the exact rate is calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to populate after the initial scan.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you spot an error after placing an order, email us at contact@thrux.co immediately and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is damaged in transit or never arrives, contact us at contact@thrux.co with your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost. See our Refund Policy for full details.
