Does THRUX contain nicotine?

No. Zero nicotine, zero tobacco, ever. THRUX is a pre-workout pouch: 100mg caffeine, L-tyrosine, and methylated B12. Energy for training, nothing else.

Do I swallow it or spit it out?

Spit it. Every can has a stash compartment built into the lid. Twist the top, drop the used pouch in, and toss them at the end of the day. By the 20 to 30 minute mark you've gotten everything out of the pouch through saliva.

How fast does it kick in compared to a powder pre-workout?

Faster than a powder. Pouches work through the cheek tissue alongside what gets swallowed, so the delivery starts in minutes instead of after a 15 to 20 minute digestion window.

Can I take more than one pouch at a time?

Yes. Many lifters run two for a 200mg caffeine dose, which sits well below the FDA's 400mg daily reference. Daily cap is four pouches.

Why so much B12?

Methylcobalamin is the active form of B12, and 1,000mcg lands in the range most performance B12 protocols use. Because it is water-soluble there is no upper limit; your body keeps what it needs.

Why are the pouches pink?

Does REDLINE burn?
